William Pardis

William started developing oceanographic sensors from community college in Northwestern Montana. On a trip to the south pacific to test this spectrophotometric pH sensor he fell in love with a equally captivating natural environment to his home in Montana and grew in understand of their climate based relationships. Eventually his work moved to development for commercialization at Sunburst Sensors, LLC in Missoula, MT. After graduating with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University William moved to Wood Hole, Cape Cod, MA when a boat was basically just a concept to him. He worked for 4 years at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution getting to know boats on more than just a conceptual basis; helping Scientist put sensor in the deep ocean, above volcanoes and inbetween. In Woods Hole he fell in love with a sailboat - Cordelia. William is looking forward to seeing Aquatic changing the way we investigate the ocean.
